From the half liter bottle, it pours a dark reddish amber with a small head, quickly dissipating. Malty aroma entices the nose. Malt beckons the tongue to taste more, Enjoyable!

Mild malty aroma with a hint of fresh dough. Bubbly cream colored head fades quickly to a faint ring. Deep amber colored beer is highlighted by bubbles clinging to the sides of the glass. 7.0% alcohol and rich malty flavors; I'm guessing this is more of a Doppelbock, and it's damn tasty. Dark roasted malt flavors of rum, raisins, and caramel. Thick body with fine carbonation really coats your tongue with flavor. This is one solid beer. I'll be buying a few more.
