On tap at Rattle n Hum, NYC. Let me start with the ABV. This proves that you have to read the fine print. The 11% is one of the most deceptive I've ever had. The disarmingly delightful honey color & aroma are as attractive as can bee ;). Hints of lemongrass & ginger & distant chilie pepper give credence to the claims of a Thai lineage. I find this a worthy experiment that should inspire.

Fantastic beer, it has a nice refreshing lemongrass flavor! Hints of ginger they use a base of jasmine rice, a bit yeasty but this beer is a nice refreshing beer, I really enjoyed it!

On tap at the Bronx Beer Hall on Arthur Ave in the Bronx. (Decent spot for a small range of quality local brews BTW)
32 ounce growler.
Pours hazed dull darker golden. Nice frothy and loose light khaki head, stays nicely and leaves ample bands of lace.
On the nose I'm getting some lime, gin and earthy herbs.
Notes of more lime, very ripe fruit, some gin, dry earthy hops and tea/herbal qualities.
Soft and smooth with seemingly a lower level of carbonation
Overall an enjoyable, fruity, and densely flavorful offering. Well done and where and when can I get more?
