A-Clear amber with no noticeable fizz, and a modest, soapy head that diminished rather quickly. To be fair, this was purchased and remained (unopened) in the fridge for 13 days. The growler released a tiny "hiss" when opened. When we tasted it at the brewery it had a vigorous head.
S-Nice and hoppy in the Pacific Northwest genre; has a bit of wet leather and grass in there, too.
T-Very much as it smells; this would be good with mussels or fish & chips.
M-Slick with minimal carbonation (my fault, not theirs).
O-More than decent and a lot better if not left on its own for two weeks. Recommend stopping in there.
