A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has some amber hues along with a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly settled down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of mangos are present in the nose along with underlying hints of caramel malts.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional hints of passion fruit and peach. Little to no bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA has a lot of aromas and flavors of tropical fruit and does a very good job at hiding any traces of alcohol in the taste.

Draft at Stone Grille Taphouse. Pours a clear golden amber with a modest white head. Nice lacing. Initial impression is pine, grapefruit zest, a bit of pepper, and a balancing touch of caramel. Classic West Coast IPA. Mouthfeel is clean and somewhat dry. Finish is citrus and pine; somewhat bitter. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable old-school West Coast DIPA.

Poured from a 16oz can into a Speiglau IPA glass.
Look is a hazy dark orange with a frothy white head.
Aroma burst with sweet orange honey and pine.
Taste is a little flat at the beginning but then punches you with a big hop citrus bitter.
So delicious.

swung by the tasting room to snag a few pours including the newly tapped twelve legs with all galaxy.
classic west coast ipa looks, nose is a bit of of a hoppy syrupy thing going on, but galaxy so mild. taste is also hop juice. galaxy all the way but way thicker body than what I'm used to in an all galaxy beer. not too much though. it's like a west coast galaxy ipa...that's different.
