Poured from a 16oz can into a Trillium IPA glass.
Look is a hazy dark yellow with a thin white head.
Aroma is a cheesy blend of hops and lactose sugar.
Taste is sweet citrus candy hops with a lactose tang at the end.
I’m still figuring out this style, but this is a particularly good version.
