On gravity at The Lark, East Northport, NY.
Poured a medium brassy hue with a half finger foamy cap. There was decent retention and lacing.
The smell featured a rindy grapefruit and a touch of caramel.
The taste offered an upfront dry grapefruit astringency with grassy hops and a secondary chewy wheat malt. The grapefruit lingered well through the finish and kept this ale nice and dry.
The mouthfeel was toward the thinner side of the style.
Overall an excellent use of grapefruit. Very nice beer.
