Wow. One of the best beers I sampled at the Michigan Beer Festival today. Very light golden color with a smallish head. Potent, pungent aromas of apple, wheat, and lemon zest. Very flavorful brew that includes apple flavors, cantalope and just a delicious fruity ester quality that's delightfully refreshing and tasty. Finishes a little herb-like. Very well crafted.
