Pour is burnt orange, light white head, dissipates quickly. Smell is pine, some malt.
The flavour on this is heavy on the pine, but not completely out of balance...malts are definitely present in enough abundance to keep the hops in check to some degree. Fairly typical for the style.
Mouth and drinkability are both good, plenty of hop bitters in the mouth, and an easy beer to drink: aggressive but not completely over the top.
