4oz sample from the source
Pours a slightly hazy deep straw/light golden color with a smallish quickly diminishing bubbly white head. Earthy citrus and pine with a solid bit of bready malt to back it up. For 100 IBU's I was really expecting the hops to pop out of the aroma. The flavor follows the aroma quite well. Earthy pine and citrus hop flavor, moderate hop bitterness and a sweet bready malt flavor to bring it all together. Medium body and level of carbonation. Decent IPA, I could drink this.
