Cloudy dirty gold color. Moderate head which leaves some spots on the glass for lace.
Wow, strong raw jalapeño pepper aroma. It smells like it’s freshly cut and added at the last minute.
Mild pale malt start. The liquid is watery with a lower carbonation level. The jalapeño is the star here but this is not an overly spicy beer. Again, this is like the green portion of a fresh pepper without too much of the heat. The spices picks up as the beer is consumed but never becomes difficult to drink.
