Good starting head with lasting power. Nice streaks on the glass. Light brown color and nearly clear.
Nutty hazelnut aroma. Some bread to the nose with very faint banana.
Slightly sour and not very “dunkel” in the flavor. The carbonation is quite high and the body is too thin to neutralize the effect. While the sourness isn’t overpowering, it makes all of the other flavors. I can tease out some darker malts, but I get no clove or banana on the tongue. This seems closer to lighter Berliner Weiss.
