About a year old and it cellared wonderfully.
The viscous mouthfeel was what I noticed first and the immediate rush of sweet dark chocolate and molasses was first with the oak barrel really showing in this one along with just the right amount of booziness to make it all work. There is definitely dark fruit mixed in with it all and there's a very mild bitterness in the lingering aftertaste. Did not detect any hops like I did when I had a fresh one at the brewery. This was wonderful and will be putting more away.

Pressures on. First review
L: pours black with a tan head that initially is quite tall
S: chocolate with the sweet smell I associate with high malt
T: rich malt with chocolate, a bit of oak, but some bite from hops thrown in
F: reminiscent of most RISs, huge body and I can almost chew it
O: a great stout, the oak and hops gives it a slightly different taste than most, but I like it
