This was poured into a mug. The appearance was a rich dark brown close to black color with a thin layer of off white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. Mild stringy lace. The aroma had a nice blend of sweet dark fruit, mild roasty cocoa beans, milk chocolate malt, some caramel at the end. The flavor blended all of the previously mentioned aromas together except for the caramel which seems to not make any sort of presence in the the taste. Sweet rich aftertaste and sticky finish. On the palate, this one sat sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Good smoothness. Mild carbonation. ABV felt right. Overall, nicely done Baltic porter that I could have again if I could get it.
