Poured 16oz can into snifter.
A - Pours a nice hazy dark yellow hue with a creamy 2.5 finger white head. Major retention and thick lacing.
S - Smells of floral and galaxy hops, light grapefruit and passion fruit with a hint of bready malt.
T - First sip gives a light bitterness and then hints of grapefruits, passion fruit, caramel malt and some light breadiness. Finish is a mix of hop bitterness and a touch of sweetness, lingering for some time after consumption.
M - Medium body and flavor with moderate carbonation. Smooth, hoppy feel that lingers on the pallet long after each sip.
O - Very nice APA. The galaxy hops were a great choice for this one. $9 for four 16oz cans.
Edit: After the second can, this beer is really tasty (right after a Zombie Dust). Highly recommend checking it out and it should hold up very well in the cans.

This was a very surprising beer. I’m not sure why, but I had written off House of Brews beer as not being very good. In reality, they are pretty solid. Especially this beer. Nice delicate floral aroma. Light fruity bitter taste. Reminds me a little like Daisy Cutter. Was just an awesome fresh tasty brew.
