Pours a slightly hazy darker golden color with white head. Citrus, pine, grass, and some floral notes on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied. Finishes with fruit and floral notes.

Appearance: light golden yellow color with a hazy body. Three fingers of soft bubbly head. Bright active carbonation fits the style.
Smell: lemon, buttery custard, and fresh cut grass all over the nose. Fruity body led by strawberry, papaya, and melon. Some soapiness accompanies the biscuity malt backbone.
Taste: exotic profile of strawberry, lemon, lime, and a touch of onion on the front. The herbal grassy notes compliment the fruitness well and carry throughout drinking. Touches of pepper really set this hop aside from others. The malt profile is biscuity and sweet, really allowing the Sorachi Ace to shine.
Mouthfeel: bright fruits that pair with grass, pepper, and truly exotic bite. Easy, crushable malts make for an easy drinker.
Overall: first beer from these folks, very impressed. Love a single ipa that solely focuses on showcasing a wonderful hop variety. Wish I had more access to these beers, but will certainly try more of their beers moving forward.
