Hopping brewpub on the north side of town. Large U-shape bar seats about 20, with addition tables about the room. A dozen assorted beers on tap; the 2 I had were solid. Great service and happy hour food specials.

Enjoyed this place. had quite a few in this place along with a lot of good food. A place I come to every time I am in town.

Great local brewery in Arizona. Stopped by after Mudshark. Great beers. Big Blue Van was a stand out with vanilla aroma and nice touch to ad a blueberry to the taster. Other beers were good but did not remember the names. Also had a egg nog stout on tap.

I'm in Lake Havasu once a year and the beer spots are very limited and pretty mediocre. Thus, what is truly a very good spot is most welcome in College Street Brewhouse & Pub. The place is a winner on all counts!
College Street Brewhouse & Pub is one of the only places in Lake Havasu that looks and feels youthful, hip, modern and with absolute quality and choice in food and beer. Modern and open with high open wood beam ceilings and huge picture windows to look into the brewery. You can see the entire brewery from the restaurant and watch it all. Even on a Saturday, we watch staff working and brewing and cleaning in a super clean, well equiped and modern brewery. All in all a must hit when in Lake Havasu.
The food may well be the best in Lake Havasu (which is not saying much) but the food at College Street Brewhouse would hold its own anywhere from New York City to Los Angeles - it's high quality, fresh, flavorful and creative. The hamburger was absolutely first rate and tasted like burgers my dad made off the grill during summer vacation.
Eight beers on tap (no bottles or cans yet) all made by College Street and by a brewer who is clearly experienced and talented. Without question far better than "the other beer place" in town.
Different styles and flavor profiles, from IPA to a Kolsch (which they were out of when I was there) to a limited release chocolate/coffee stout. Something for everyone and, in my opinion, all well made. Some I liked better than others, but that's a matter of taste. The brewers clearly do a nice job.
This is THE PLACE in Lake Havasu for food, beer and simply perhaps to hang. I'll be back again on next year's trip!
