Firkin dry hopped w/ Mosaic and Citra.
A - Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with a nice one finger tall white head, slowly dissipating down to a thick film, leaving small webs of sticky lace on the sides of the glass.
S - Smells of fresh grass, pine resin, dulled tropical fruit rind, earth hops and the base pale malts. The added hops really bump this one up a notch.
T - Starts off with a mix of piney and earthy hops slowly being joined by the dulled tropical and grassy hops as well as the chewy pale malts. Finish is pretty dry, lingering long after the finish.
M - Medium body with moderate carbonation. Smooth, hoppy feel with a bit of chewiness backing it up.
O - One of the better beers from Millbock. The hops shine bright as they should and it is still very drinkable. Nice work guys!
