Sampling a cellar temperature bottle poured into a snifter. the beer pours a clear copper hue with minimal eggshell white head that is nothing very early into the sampling.
Aroma is light grain and a bit of twangy wheat, with just a hint of spicy hop note. Very mild nose overall, nothing negative, just not much to find here.
First sip reveals a very light crisp body with very fine tingly carbonation.
Flavor is kind of sweet white grape and wheat with a little grainy husk as well. I get just a hint of spicy hop note here similar to the nose. Again the flavor is mild but crisp and makes for an enjoyable beverage. I think this is probably better for the summer and heat, but it is certainly still a tasty beer on this snow stormy winter evening. Not a bad sessionable beer, doesnt blow me away but easy to drink and not a palate killer or boring beer either.
Worth the try from a very small brewery.

12oz purchased from brass rail deli, enjoyed chilled from a can shaped glass
The color is medium amber with a hazed clarity and thick white frothy cap which collapses to a ring of small beads. The smell is very good, lots of wheat malt aroma with mild citrus aroma and subtle spice nose. The feel is good with a mild wheat creaminess and mellow spice with moderately high carbonation and light yeast tanginess with semi-dry finish.
The taste is good with a mellow wheat toastiness and and slight tanginess with gentle bit of coriander but not enough to become obtrusive with the orange peel just as light it turns out to taste like a pretty mildly spiced with with almost fruity yeast. Overall I would drink this again as it is pleasant and drinkable, but it doesn't really stand out from the usual pale wheats.

A - Served with a hazy, golden yellow body that had some orange hues to it...the head was white and thin and didn't stick around too long...some patchy lacing was left at the top
S - Orange zest and orange juice jump out...hints of coriander and black pepper...yeast presence...there was a softness about the nose that was very pleasing
T - Again there is a subtle-ness about this beer that I really enjoy...the orange flavor jumps out again with a juicy characteristic but also brings a touch of bitterness from the rind...the yeast is calm and not overpowering...it lets the spices come through while also giving a bit of spice itself...the coriander and black pepper are a compliment to the citrus and make for a nice finish
M - Light bodied...has some medium qualities, but over all lighter than normal...which isn't a bad thing...crisp
O - I really enjoyed this beer...it's a nice summer brew that would go over well at any barbecue...another good start for these guys!

I live in this area and just heard of this brew, figured I had to try a new local beer
A: Hazy pale orange, with a nice white head, head dissipates slowly
S: Smells of fruit and yeast, a little malty and wheat
T/M: Citrus Fruits and yeast, medium to heavy bodied, of course no hop taste for this style,
Overall not too impressed, reminded me of shock top which im not a fan of, if you are a fan, than this is a better alternative. Still has that homebrew taste and feel, but ill definatly be looking to try more of their beers
