Beer bottle (33 cl., vintage 2011 for Christmas), purchased from La Cervoiserie (Nantes) and tasted in 2011.
Appearance : amber color, with white foamy head (not persistent).
Smell : yeasty and fruity (apple ?) aromas.
Taste & mouthfeel : yeasty flavors, with hoppy finish.
Drinkability : a worthy beer in the Belgian style Triple.
Beers are brewed by the University of La Rochelle (in biotechnology department).
Written on the label : OMNE TULIT PUNCTUM QUI MISCUIT UTILE DULCI. Perfection is to gather useful and enjoyable.
