A - Pale golden colour, thin but dense white head and streaky lacing.
S - This will sound weird but I'm getting the creamy aroma of babybel cheese, and even weirder it kind of works with a light grassy hop character.
T - Babybel again. Remarkably it is quite tasty and balances well with the low hop profile.
M - Medium body and carbonation.
O - A strange one. I didn't really know what style to characterise this in. One of the better beers on offer at this quaint little brewery.
