Copenhagen 15/2 2026. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Very colorful can with halved oranges, passion fruits, hops and a parrot.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a 2 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Stable. Settles as a paper thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruits mingling with citrus fruit. Passion fruit and pineapple. Oranges. Lime and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is quite dry
Fruity and entirely pleasant
