Copenhagen 6/5 2026. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Dark purple monks doing their thing in front of a very sombre church on the can.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - pale yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a 0,3 cm thick layer of fluffy foam. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a mild sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a stronger scent of citrus fruit. Peach ans apricot. Grapefruit. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Tasty but a bit too civilized.
