On-tap at Doerak Biercafe in Delft to finish that night. On to the beer:
This single hop beer is toasted orange with a sea of thick, semi-creamky head. Talk about a surprise, the aroma reminds me more of a dunkelweizen with its banana, bread dough, and apple. That's not according to script. Well, at least in the taste a little eoffrt is made to show the hops. It's a bitter-fruity taste with a slight lemon and bread note. There's a short wave of hop bitterness. It's nearly medium bodied with a pleasant bite of carbonation.
WTF is this beer? On its own it isn't bad, but it doesn't have the overall character of an IPA or pale ale.

A blonde light orange beer with a settling head. It leaves small rings of foam on the glass.
The smell is slightly fruity with notes of orange and a little lemon. A nice hop aromatic smell, which is not too abundant.
The yeast adds little character. It smells like a subdued Chouffe yeast.
The taste is slightly bitter, but developing into round clean bitterness. There is the Warrior hop aroma, which has orange, lemon and tangerine, all at a low level. The yeast character is low and adds a little coriander. The malt has probably a large portion of pilsmalt in there. It is light in maltiness and has a grainy taste. rank among the best from Europe but it's refreshing in the evening and I enjoyed it.
Overall: the name suggests an extreem beer, but it doesn't get extreme anywhere. The hops are nice and different and the beer is OK.

On tap at 't Arendsnest in AMsterdam. Name caught me. From notes.
A - Slightly hazy golden/blonde colour. Medium visible carbonation and a fluffy/ice cream/pillowy head. Good rings of lacing and filmy retention.
S - Delicate yeast character with same sort of hop. Gentle and fruity. The word 'delicate' comes to mind.
T - Yeasty with lemon and a nice, really fruity hop. A little bready. There is grape and pear there too.
M - Medium carbonation, light body, and a nice dry, bitter finish.
O/D - Good for a Belgian influenced American IPA. Doesn't rank among the best from Europe but it's refreshing in the evening and I enjoyed it.

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle.
The beer pours a yellow color with a huge white head. The aroma is wheat, biscuits, peaches and apricots. A fairly fruity smelling IPA. The flavor is pretty malty with a lot of biscuit and doughy malt characteristics. I also get some grassy and fruity hops notes in the flavor. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
