Black color with red highlights and a thin caramel head with short retention.
Aroma with predominant notes of coffee, sort of cocoa which might well be the cupuaçu seed chocolate, lots of oats and toffee.
Different flavor with notes of coffee, cupuaçu, mild charcoal, cola and mint. Dry and bitter aftertaste with lasting roasted notes.
Full velvety body with mild carbonation.
This was interesting. Cupuaçu is really playing the leading role, but it has enough hops and roasted notes to balance some portion of its sweet notes. It feels more like a Stout. Sweet and heavy body.
