500ml bottle from Pitlochry:
A very light, pale amber that's clear with a slightly patchy, white surface lacing on top. Toasted malts & biscuit with a sweet aroma following then some butterscotch type notes that are basic but inoffensive. It's only 3.9% but some slightly boozy flavours come through with more biscuit, earthy flavours & a few floral touches. The body is medium, moderately bitter & a subtle, almost buttery sweetness that was stronger on the nose but still featured throughout. A okay beer but definitely a basic one.
