On tap at the brewpub.
A: Served a dark brown color with a good head that fades to some lacing.
S: Aroma of piney hops with some mallt sweetness and bit of fresh grain.
T: Taste starts with a piney nip then some malt sweetness and bit of grain. Nice bitterness and a clean finish.
F: Medium body, crisp and quite flavorful. Nice beer for the style.
O: Quite enjoyable. Worth checking out.

Pours very dark brown with a large head.
Very resinous aroma with a fair bit of piny hops and some confectionery-like fruity notes. Also a nice bit of roast and coffee.
Very similar flavours. Resinous, fruity hops followed by a fair whack of roasted malt, but there's enough sweet malt underneath to balance things out.
Could use a bit more carbonation.
