Pours dark brown with a small head.
Nose shows banana, doughy wheat, caramel and nutty notes.
Caramelised banana really stands out. Got the style worked out pretty well.
Flavours are not quite so spot-on. Although there is banana and doughy wheat, a grainy character dominates later, carrying right through the finish. Some DMS shows as well.
Carbonation is a bit excessive.
Pretty tasty stuff apart from the minor flaws.

This pours a cloudy brown colour with a generous fluffy white head.
The nose is all banana for me with a bit of earthiness behind it. A bit murky.
The earthiness/maltiness comes into its own on the palate and gives a nice lushness to the banana. I don't get much clove, if any.
High carbonation with gives it a full mouthfeel that I like in this style.
Quite a drinkable beer.

The earthiness/maltiness comes into its own on the palate and gives a nice lushness to the banana. I don't get much clove, if any.
High carbonation with gives it a full mouthfeel that I like in this style.
