Put it this way: if you're drinking it in a place where it's available, it's probably the best thing there is to drink. Living in West Africa, this and the higher-gravity varient (Extra Forte) are the most flavorful and alcoholic beers there are, so I'd go for it every time. Rich malts but still reasonably balanced, and even on sweltering hot days, it's smooth enough to prefer it over the local light lagers, though it will mess you up after one too many.
