Cap'n Amber pours a reddish color, with a decent sized head. Weak aroma, with sweet malty notes. Flavor is sweet and malty, with a sugary kick. Good body and feel. Overall, a very enjoyable sweeter red ale.

This is the one and only beer brewed with Cap'n Crunch cereal. A great all around amber ale with a touch of sweetness and great finish. Try it with some Crunch Berries on top.
