Simcoe Smash pours a bronze color, with not much head. Weak aroma, with hints of hops. Flavor is weaker, but nice fresh hop flavors, a crisp malt backbone and a dry finish. Pretty weak flavors, but good carbonation. Overall, easy drinking, and dry.
