Hefeweizen is a traditional Bavarian wheat beer brewed with at least 50% wheat malt. This beer was brewed using the finest German ingredients including wheat and pilsner malts from Bamberg, German Hercules hops and special German wheat yeast strain.

Karlsbrau pours a murky, orangish color with no head at all. The aroma is sweet and has banana notes. The flavor has a lot of banana notes and is sweet, but not as sweet for the style. Flat feel. Overall, there's not a lot going for it, but it tastes good.
