I enjoyed this beer from the source in Read's Landing, MN. The beer pours, from the tap, a really dark golden color color. The aroma is wet grain mixed with the slightest hint of bitterness. The light grain imparts just a hint of cracker to the experience. The palate is creamy as it moves rearward, but also a bit thin. A hint of bitterness finishes it off. Overall, a fine brew. I understand what they are up to here, and they are certainly on the right track.
