Not sure if this is a different recipe but the one i had at Paradise Valley OHSO is a blonde ale infused with coffee. Had a 10 oz serving with the $10 brunch today.
Beer was served blonde with a decent white head at initial serving.
Nose is a nice aroma of coffee over a sweet pale malt.
Taste is pale malts with a mild amount of hopping to balance the base. Coffee is artfully infused to compliment and not dominate. Well done.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and fairly smooth.
Overall this was a nice brew that i would do again. I was ready for a pint but the folks Da Boss and i were with did not want another cocktail at 10:00 a.m.!
