330ml bottle pobres in a chatice.
The beer description is:
"This hand made Ale is brewed with the very finest ingredients, great care and respect. The Ale is matured in oak Whisky casks which creates a unique, aromatic, exceptional flavour."
Cask references:
Type: Barrel
Wood: Bourbon Oak
Whisky: Scotch Malt
Vintage: 1989
Age: 21 years
Region: Lowland (55* 55' N / 4* 29' W)
A: Looks pretty much like the 35 (the first I've tasted). A dark brown color and a huge beige head when poured. Medium retention and many lacings left
S: Very woody and Whisky. Stronger than the 35, but not that much. Roasted malts
T: Follows the nose: wood and whiskey. Very tasty, however, much less sweet than the 10. Very pleasant and smooth. A little bit sour and bitter in the end. Less bitter than the 35 version, nevertheless
M: Medium body and carbonation. Mild bitter aftertaste. Whisky aftertaste.
O: Delicious beer. Really recommended to beer and Whisky lovers
