Pleasant beer. Poured from a can into a tulip glass. Clear yellow color with good initial head with almost no lacing. Fragrant sour fruit smell and pleasant sour taste. Refreshing and something I would get again.

32 oz. half-growler poured into tulip
(growler was filled about 20 hours ago)
L: clear gold topped by thin head of offwhite foam about 1/3-inch tall; the foam dissipates quickly and the beer keeps the thinnest of foam rings
S: bread malt, pizza crust, melon rind or cantaloupe ... something fruity and lightly sweet
T: tart and bready, pizza crest doused in lemon juice, lemon peel, earthy yeasty finish but it's not overly bitter and there's no major buildup of bitterness; the tart flavor can get almost to sour at times, but like the earthy flavor, it doesn't build on itself to the point of being unsavory
F: heavy lightweight, surprisingly full-bodied for the style, at times it can feel watery but other times you think it's a 6% midweight; carbonation level is low and some sips can come off a bit flat and mushy — I'm not sure if that's the beer or the growler being almost a full day old
O: very nice edition of the style with plenty of tartness without it being overbearing; if the beer had a bit more carbonation and a twinge less yeast flavor, it would be nearing perfection; as it is, I'm loving it and will seek it out again especially as the temperatures rise, for it's a perfect summertime quaff
