It smelled just like hibiscus. You can definitely taste the chamomile and hibiscus. If you are a tea drinker, this is for you. Not very spicy. Really pretty reddish color. Not much of a head or lace. Super easy to drink. You could probably put a few of these down on a hot summer day - very refreshing.

Lemon, orange peel, and hibiscus with a light yogurt-like tartness. Some caramel and light toasty malt thrown in for good measure. Moderate spiciness with mild orange, lemon, and cherry fruitiness. Hints of lemongrass and a subtle, floral, chamomile that complements the hibiscus. Slightly sweet but clean malt bill with just enough hops to balance. Moderate carbonation bite at the end, but finishes tart and dry. Refreshing and thirst- quenching, this beer does a nice job keeping the floral additions subtle. It would be easy to overdo this.

Looks and drinks like an American style iced tea. Clear reddish brown, headless, laceless - meh to look at. Hibiscus is quite noticeable, some spice, but not much. Slightly spritzy in character, dry on the palate.
Soft drinking stuff, low alcohol, inoffensive enough that you could drink a ton of this and even fool someone into thinking they weren't drinking beer.
Thanks to Amanda for thinking to drag this all the way back to Ontario from Texas for me!
