I had the pleasure of enjoying this very drinkable brew at Anvil Pub on the weekend it was released.
Pours a cloudy blonde color with a one-finger head into my glass.
Smell: The aroma can be described as containing sweet malt with just the right touch of hops. Very crisp and fresh.
Taste: Lots of hops to make your taste buds smile, but not to a point where they're overkill. Grainy and sweet malt compliment the hop profile, which I would describe as light and floral. Had some grassy overtones.
Mouthfeel is full of lingering sweet, grainy malt and hops. It's pleasant and leaves my palate desiring more.
Good to know that Dallas' new brewery is putting out some good stuff. They only ones I know about are this Blonde and the Stout, so I'm looking forward to trying their other brews.

On tap at The Common Table. The beer pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. The aroma is nice, with a lot of wheat and orange citrus notes. The flavor is similar and is also nice. I get a lot of lemon and orange citrus notes, as well as some wheat, light pepper and some grass. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation. A very easy to drink session ale.
