On cask at the Deep Ellum First Anniversary Party.
The beer pours an orange color with a white head. The aroma is heavy on the lemons with some orange notes also thrown in. There is a bit of biscuit malt in the aroma as well. The flavor is what I expected. There is a lot of lemon and orange from the hops, as well as a good bit of ginger. The low bitterness is complimented nicely by the juicy orange and lemon notes, as well as the slightly spicy ginger. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
