Quite a good Pilsner. A clean pilsner malt flavor shows very little graininess, very low sulfers, and no detectable vegital flavors. Well attenuated for a cracker-like crispness. A blend of hops make the beer fairly agressive for the style, but it keeps the beer clean, dry, and gives the simple malt profile a much needed variety. Clean and simple throughout with a grassy-bitter, dry finish. Great for most seafood dishes served at the brewery.

Had this on tap at Oskar Blues, it was the guest beer.
Poured golden with good eferrvescence & a 1" white head. Good head retention & lacing
S: A hint of perfumy hops & grainyness
T: Malty sweetness upfront with a hint hops pepperyness. A little biscuitty quality & then a crisp finish. Needed more hops or malt or both
MF: Medium bodied with adequate carbonation & in balance
Drank okay, just wasn't interesting enough to make me drink more than one when there were more flavorful choices there. Otherwise an alright czech pils

The beer pours a pale gold color with a thin white head that fades to lacing. The aroma is good. It has a light pale malt scent that is dry along with a slightly bitter German hop aroma. The taste is decent. It has a very dry and bitter flavor that boasts of lager malts and German style hops. The mouthfeel is fine. It is a low bodied beer with adequate carbonation. This is a decent pilsner, but nothing to write home about. It's light and easy drinking.

I sampled this beer last night at Oskar Blues and ended up bringing home a growler to enjoy during the CU Miami game today. Pours a clear gold color with a decent head that fades to a lacing pretty quickly. Aroma is grain and biscuity malts. Taste is crisp and clean with a nice hop crispness in the finish. The biscuity flavor comes through strongly here as well. Nice crisp beer - made a great breakfast for an early football game!
