The beer pours a dark amber color with an offwhite head that fades to lacing. The aroma is good. It has a dry and warm scent that boasts of crystal malts and an elevated abv. . The taste is good. It has a nice malty flavoir that boasts of pale and crystal malts. It goes down slow and easy with a warming finish. The mouthfeel is fine. It is a full bodied beer with adequate carbonation. This is a good drinking beer for having such a large grain bill. It's flavorful and full of malts in the aroma and taste.
