Silva Stout with Brett per description at Cellar 3 tasting room. Plenty of good Silva qualities and a pleasant tartness. By itself a good interesting spin on a Belgian farmhouse style stout. But the brett tends to mask the subtle sophistication of the SS. Kinda takes it from "great to good". Sure it was fun to make, and definitely not boring. Just don't think I'd have again in a place with so many amazing options.
