Had on tap at Cork and Craft side by side with draft Du Ciel Peche Mortel and draft Lost Abbey Track Ten. Wow. Big time coffee beer heaven, and still alive to talk about it. This version of Silva was a special collab between GF and Mostra coffee that really ramped up all the flavors and pumped in some additional ABV raising it to 13.1%. Beautiful in the glass, big coffee toffee nose and an excellent roasty toasty coffee forward flavor that lifted the complex base beer. Smooth and mouth coating silky feel all the way down. Great great beer.
