I tried this from the bomber chilled in a glass
The color is a lightly hazed amber with subtle greenish hue with thick white head with very good retention, fine bead with lace that sticks. The smell has so much hop aroma! Tropical primary with citrus: mandarin orange and slight pineapple and mango type hop scents. The feel is lightly fruity hop texture very resinous in body with semi-dry texture and medium high carbonation with light bitterness that builds into a gently astringent and tangy quality with semi-dry finish that has a light alcohol influence.
The taste is great, excellent flavor with citrus rind and grapefruit/tangelo flesh with herbal mix in the hop profile that accentuates the best of the American Hop flavors utilized such as Simcoe/Citra/Mosaic/El Dorado which brings to the mix a mango/orange juicy citrus/herbal and slight tropical quality of lime zest with a generous taste of Mosaic with a hint of spice in the back and subtle malt sweetness supporting the hops in the flavor. Overall this is a solid, quality hop forward IPA that does not rely just on bitterness with good amounts of citrus/tropical flavors that I love to sip. This was one of my favorite beers from a recent trip to CA/NV- very drinkable almost dangerous

Poured into a taster glass. Thanks, John.
A: Opaque orange with a thick white one finger head that lingered. Thick lacing.
S: Citrus strong featuring guava, mangoes and oranges. A light malt backbone.
T: Follows nose with a terrific West Coast hop wave, lightly bitter, with a bready malt balance that finishes it off. Lots of citrus action. Very juicy.
M: Medium with medium creamy carbonation.
O: A highly drinkable IPA. Great hop character with just the right amount of malt balance. Crushable.

pours nice hazy orange with big foamy head. nice head retention. not much on the nose. mouthfeel is medium and nice carbonation. front end not much going on until mid palate where you start to get some orange and maybe some guava taste with some slight earthy hops in there? ends well with some nice melon and apricot. overall a easy drink with nothing to complex or overpowering. most green flash stuff for me is basically average and this is about the same. good. nothing I would seek out again.
