On tap at Sedona Tap House.
Very dark for an IPA, practically brown ale territory. The head is not much to look at, a light tan ring with loose bubbles.
Caramelized sugar, dates, citric.
Citric with metallic bitterness. Orange hops, some dark caramel, dark dried fruit.
Pretty bubbly, medium bodied, with a little alcohol in the finish.
Interesting take on an IPA for their anniversary. It’s not extremely hoppy.
