Half pint at the Willow Walk.
A: Golden, hazy, kept a layer of film on top, fair amount of lacing
clung to side of the glass.
S: Sweet, sugar beet.
T: Started off with some sourness and apples which gave way to some wheaty honey.
M: Moderate carbonation, medium body, went down well.
O: Reminded me of Fuller’s Honey dew, a beer for those making the transition from lager to more complex beers.
