Brown 500ml bottle, just out of date, poured into a UK pint sleeve glass.
Amber-copper in colour, clear and fairly bright. The head retension was very poor, it left before it arrived.
A mild hop smell, some toffee too.
The toffee hints were in the flavour as well.
Malty aftertaste took over from the toffee feel.
Maris Otter barley, Fuggles and Goldings are the hops used. It's name 'Huffkin' comes from the Kentish tea cakes which are often flavoured with hops!
