Collaboration with Cannonball Creek Brewing Company
Bonded by our shared history as Mountain Sun brewers, we've grown together over the years through our common loves in the beer world, especially our greatest love, the American Pale Ale! This collaboration between like minds is a beautifully clear interpretation of the style, brewed with flaked wheat, oats, and rye, the perfect malt-base-playground for our chosen hops. Azacca, Cashmere, and Mosaic, blend together in late additions along with a three pound per barrel dry hop, leading to super tropical, fruity goodness with notes of melon, blueberry, and mango!

Clear, deep gold colored body; excellent carbonation; very thick, rocky, sticky white head; sheets of foam cling to the inside of the glass. Ripe mango and apricot in the nose. Light bread crust malt backbone augmented with some quiet fruity esters and a pleasing, moderate hop bitterness on the back end. Medium body; crisp and dry.
This is a fine collaboration pale ale. It is nicely balanced and complex with some outstanding eye appeal.
