500ml bottle served in a stange courtesy of Thirstybird (thanks Rian!). Pours an orange-gold with a slight haze to the clarity and a frothy, half inch bright white head that quickly dissipates into suds around the shoulders. Nose is grassy and there's a hint of something else - perhaps green apples. Taste consistent with nose; however, there is also a distinct corn sweetness at the finish. Mouthfeel is light in body with a lively carbonation and a hint of acidity. Overall, not as clean as I would like for the style, not sure if the green apple was due to an infection (acetaldehyde?); however, I'm glad for the opportunity to have tried it.
