Clear dark brown colored beer with a small brown colored head.
Smell is is sweet with a lot of vanilla and bourbon with a strong coconut aroma. Little bit of smoke and chocolate.
Starts out tasting a little sour with a fair vanilla flavor. Taste is thin and has a sour after taste.
Mouthfeel is thin.
Overall smells great tastes lousy. Don't buy.

Bottle says its aged for 90 days in oak bourbon barrels.
A: Pours a nice dark brown with finger and half light brown head. Tons of lacing on the glass.
A: Holy wood. Reeks of wood like an unfinished piece of wood furniture. Perhaps a light hickory aroma as well.
T: Well fuck. Infected bottle. Sour. Not undrinkable, but certainly not what I set out to drink tonight. Drain pour unfortunately.
M: Medium bodied mouth feel. Can't get past the sour notes.
O: Would love to try another non-infected bottle, but I'm not willing to part out the dough to do so. This is my first infected bottle I've ever had, so I feel as if a right of passage as happened. Bound to happen.

22oz bottle into a porter glass.
A: Dark, brownish-black, with a fine tan/brown head
S: Bourbon, coffee, smoky
T: Powerful blend of smoke and bourbon, combining with the coffee/vanilla/chocolate notes.
M: Not as thick as I like in a porter, but well carbonated. Lingering smoky feel as you exhale.
O: Interesting beer. Typically drinking BBA stuff recently, and adding the smoke makes this one stand out. Will have to age one to see how it fares.
