Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear amber color with a one finger head of white foam. The head has a good level of retention, fading over time and leaving tons of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is heaviest of a citrus tangerine and orange smell mixed with notes of grapefruit hop and a bit of pine. Along with these smells comes notes of tropical sweetness of mango and pineapple. Light notes of bread and grain and a touch of herb are mixed in there as well.
Taste – The taste begins with a tropical fruit taste of tangerine, mango and pineapple mixed with a good showing of grapefruit hop. There is a bit of caramel sweetness and flavors of apricot and pear as well as a touch of grape. As the taste advances some melon and more hop of grapefruit and pine join in, with the mix of flavors leading to a nice crisp and more citrusy and tropical fruit flavored taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is light and crisp with a carbonation level that is moderate. For the crisp tastes and light fruit flavors the feel is great and makes for a very easy sipper.
Overall – A rather nice crisp brew with a good flavor profile and easy drinkability.

Single can purchased at Whole Foods, Austin. No date info...c'mon!!
If you do look long enough, you can find the abv to be an oddly precise 6.23%.
Pours very hazy...nothing to indicate that on the label. I despise the 'hazy' virus.
An IPA is one thing. This hazy, juicy, "NE style" swill-type is quite another. In Europe , a tripel is not called a 'dark dubbel'.
Anyway.....nice creamy head, nice glass lacing; citrusy, juicy, resiny taste. For a beer relatively light wrt abv, it is pleasantly & surprisingly full-bodied. "fully on the tongue" aftertaste.
This would be a good beer...if they made it as an IPA.

Appearance: Bright yellow opaque glass. That's a new one. Such deep haze you can't even see through the edges. Holds a rocky white head that laces.
Aroma: Mmm, hops. Lots of them. Citric and pine, some earthy notes too. Some sweettart candy base peeks though here and there.
Taste: Bright hop flavors, but they are fairly thin and don't have much bitter. Grainy base malt is clean and balances out the beer, mild tea note in the finish.
Mouthfeel: Creamy texture, low carbonation, medium body, mild alcohol heat in the oily finish.
Overall: One of them there Hazy IPAs I hear so much about. Well, this is well executed, no serious flaws, pretty tasty actually, but seems a little light and unsatisfying. That's my expectations of what I want this beer to be, what it is rocks.
